Below is a preview visual of early prototype testing and initial visual language development for AEVUM.
It sketches the core game loop of exploring and unlocking interconnected, mental health-related fantasy worlds, that culminates in unlocking the door to a more peaceful reality - featuring gameplay from the liminal Hub and the Body Dysmorphia / Anxiety level (the next development focus).
These early tests mark the beginning of a broader vision that - with access to further development -will move from proof-of-concept to VR exhibition-ready installation with accessible screen and controller option, and worldwide playability on XBOX controller for Steam, PC
